     If you are interested in participating in one of our infant cognition studies, please sign up here. Once the entire form is filled out, answer the security question and press submit. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your information.

     The Child Cognition Lab takes your privacy very seriously. Your information will be entered into our secure database and all other records will be promptly deleted. Filling out this form does not sign you up for any study, but allows us to contact you via letter, email, or phone call when your child is eligible for a study (as determined by birth date, birth weight, and birth term). If at any time you would like to be removed from our database, simple email us or call our lab at 520-626-0278. Thank you!
