Bisbee 1000

On Saturday, October 18, 2008, members of the Wildcat Battalion participated in the Bisbee 1000, an annual unique physical fitness challenge in which competitors can use any combination of running, walking, and resting to overcome 9 sets of steps. 8 cadets and 3 Cadre participated in the event in Bisbee, AZ and had to overcome over 1000 steps and mile-high altitude. Each competitor wore Wildcat Battalion apparel and made an excellence showing for the unit among the approximately 1500 other competitors. The entire group finished in the Top 15%, overall. Below are the Age Group Results.
