1LT Matthew Harris Signal Corps HHT 2/16th CAV, BOLC III |
| In 2003, 2LT Harris joined the Army ROTC program at the University of Arizona. He then went to Leaders Training Course at Fort Knox, KY in 2004, and contracted soon thereafter. He graduated in May of 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Finance, and commissioned in May as a Signal Officer, branch-detailed to Armor. He attended Basic Officer Leaders Course II at Fort Sill, OK, as well as Mounted Basic Officer Leaders Course III at Fort Knox, KY. In late 2006, he is moving to Schweinfurt, Germany to work under the 2nd Brigade Combat Team in the 1st Infantry Division, where he is expected to deploy soon after.
