The University of Arizona
Diversion Program is a voluntary educational program
that interrupts the criminal process for misdemeanor
citations on the university campus. Students may become
eligible through either a referral from University of
Arizona Police or through the Justice Court/Pima County
Attorney’s Office. Completion of the diversion
program will result in the dismissal of the misdemeanor
charge.
