The Student Code of Conduct (SCOC) establishes the behavioral standards for all students who are members of the university community. It is a document that falls under the jurisdiction of the Arizona Board of Regents and applies to all three state universities: The University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and Northern Arizona University.
It is the responsibility of the three state universities to regularly review the Student Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures for revisions and changes that reflect the needs of a growing and diverse student population. The SCOC was last updated in June 2000 and over the past two years, representatives from all three institutions have been meeting to propose changes that reflect contemporary issues and policy updates that are consistent with State and Federal Laws.
Prior to sharing this document for final approval by the Arizona Board of Regents during the spring 2008 semester, each university is seeking input from their respective campus communities on the proposed changes. We encourage you to download the PDF documents and offer written feedback. Feel free to contact the Dean of Students Office via email to Mr. Anthony Skevakis,
