As a public institution, The University
of Arizona bears responsibility for designing and adhering
to academic integrity procedures that meet certain requirements. Originally adopted by the Faculty Senate and
ASUA (Student Government) in 1992, and revised in 2000,
UA academic integrity procedures allow for a fair hearing
while protecting the rights of faculty and students.
