Description: Establishment of a new BA in Africana Studies to fulfill a critical need for educational and curricular diversity at UA, especially in the area of Africana Studies. It will provide a unique opportunity for students to combine study interests in the field as well as the African continent and the African Diaspora in Latin America and the Caribbean.
