New students may enter at the beginning of any session and must study for at least one month. Short programs or early departure must be established at the time of application. Students who apply only for Summer I are not permitted to extend at the end of the 4weeks, and must either transfer to another institution or leave the U.S. |

Late Arrivals. Students are expected to report and register at CESL on the I-20 report date. If you cannot arrive on the arrival date, please contact CESL admissions office for advice. We may have to reissue your I-20. There are substantial fees for late arrival. See our cost page. |
CESL students may be admitted to the University upon completion of CESL, and with CESL's endorsement in place of the required TOEFL score. Students must apply directly to the University Undergraduate Admissions Office or the Graduate College for conditional admission.
