A unique experimental laboratory course synthesizing
sophisticated experiments and quantitative modeling.
Experiments range from the use of laser tweezers to study of
the forces and dynamics of biopolymers such as DNA and actin;
to the measurement, analysis, and modeling of action
potentials in neuronal membranes.
