This study is part of a                                     larger longitudinal studying examining the impact of childhood sexual and physical abuse on a variety                                     of psychological and social processes.

·        Project Coordinator: Asthma Study at the University of Arizona: Investigating the short- and long-term effects of asthma and asthma medications utilizing a neuropsychological battery to determine cognitive and behavioral strengths and weaknesses in individuals ages 7 to 40 years.

·        Project Coordinator: Stress Studies at the University of Arizona: Investigating the effects of exposure to acute stress on place learning and memory in men and women.

·        Project Coordinator: Emergency Room Study at University of Arizona Medical Center. Investigation designed to test a model of traumatic memory that predicts temporary functional amnesia will occur under traumatically stressful conditions.

            Senior Project: In cooperation with Dr. Jacobs, created a computerized adaptation of the Morris Water                         Maze, an apparatus well-established in the animal literature for the study of spatial learning and                           memory. Learned and developed experimental programs in DOS. Ran experiments, analyzed data,                         and participated in writing.
