The primary function of the 360 program is to support student transition and personal growth. Scholars engage in a holistic college experience through participation in an undergraduate community that values scholarship, leadership, service, and the cultures of African descendants. As Scholars, participants attend monthly meetings, workshops, and cultural events. In addition, 360 Scholars offers sessions designed to encourage goal oriented academic excellence, build leadership skills and experience, and service projects that will positively impact the lives of others.
