There are two commencement ceremonies in May, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Please look at the lists below to identify the correct college and ceremony time.
Guests should be seated at McKale Center no later than 8:30 a.m.
This is the schedule for the May 17, 2008, commencement ceremonies. The times listed indicate the procession start times for each ceremony.
MORNING PROCESSION OF CANDIDATES – 8:30 AM
Assemble in academic regalia no later than 8:30 a.m. in Bear Down Gym, single file behind your college sign. Graduate students and faculty assemble at the Main Library. The procession of graduates will begin promptly at 8:40 a.m.

Ph.D.'s, specialists, Doctor of Audiology, M.Arts, M. Science (including Optical Science), and M. Education in programs offered by the above Colleges. Also, Ed.D., M.Acct., M.Arch., M.B.A., M.Public Admin., and M.Teaching.
AFTERNOON PROCESSION OF CANDIDATES – 1 PM
Guests should be seated in McKale Center no later than 1 p.m.
Assemble in academic regalia no later than 1:00 p.m. in Bear Down Gym, single file behind college sign. Graduate students and faculty assemble at the Main Library. The procession of graduates will begin promptly at 1:10 p.m.

The James E. Rogers College of Law will hold their own ceremony on May 17, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Centennial Hall.
It is highly unlikely that the ceremony time for a college could change, however, college times will be confirmed in early 2008. The date for commencement (May 17, 2008) will not change.
